Senior Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel/ React)

Hybrid – Manchester (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

£400 - £440 per day

The Opportunity

• Join a well-established, fast-growing UK business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, technology-driven services to a national client base. You’ll become a key member of a small, high-performing software team, helping to shape both new and existing products used across the organisation. We’re currently building a brand-new system using React and PHP (Laravel), while continuing to improve our custom-built CRM.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the development of modern, scalable applications and features
• Contributing to system architecture and long-term technical decisions
• Maintaining and enhancing an existing Laravel-based CRM system
• Collaborating through pull requests, code reviews, and agile workflows

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of Laravel experience / 5+ years of PHP experience overall
• 5+ years of JavaScript, with experience in modern ES6+ features / 2+ years of hands-on React in production environments
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead developer role
• Strong grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
