We’re looking for an enthusiastic Observability Engineer at entry level. The role will be hands-on and you’ll be a super important player in implementing policies and procedures for incident, change and problem management.

You’ll be detecting incidents and logging them within the tracking system, making sure everything is documented. You will also be providing support on the phone as part of on-call rotation.

Monitoring jobs will be your responsibility and maintaining critical documentation with escalation procedures and scheduled jobs and ops runbooks.

Technical Skills

• Hands on experience with troubleshooting

Are you an experienced Network Engineer who’s got experience in a diverse infrastructure? We’re looking for a Network Engineer to establish a Technical Ops first approach to a cloud and on-prem setup.

The Network Engineer will be responsible for hosting environments and the observability, highly available info-sec with IAC. This is a Senior role so looking for an experienced Network Engineer that has worked on multiple simultaneous projects, including legacy infrastructure and migration to modern infrastructure. You will have expertise with Palo Alto Firewalling.

We’re looking for an experienced Network Engineer who will join a multi-cloud and on-premise environment. The Senior Network Engineer will be involved with the design, implementation and ongoing management of the hosting environment.

The main purpose of the environments will be embracing observability, high-availability and infosec, along with IaC. You’ll be making sure that you support the system and network infrastructure with switches, routers, load balancers, firewalls, compute, storage and virtualization

Technical Expertise

• Enterprise level system and network design experience
• Experience working in cloud (we use multi-vendor so experience with any AWS, GCP or Azure)
• 5 years as a Technical Leader or Architect
• Expert in Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama Admin
• VXLAN and EVPN
• Advanced routing protocol experience OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
• Any advanced switching technology & protocol experience (eg: Anycast, Multicast, STP, VTP, LACP)
• VPN Technologies
• Enterprise Wireless
• Network Security, 802.1x
• Authentication, LDAP (AD), Radius
